Padlet

Padlet is an online bulletin board where students can display information, collaborate, brainstorm, or plan a project. Teachers can use padlet as an informal assessment tool, to communicate new information in chunks, to facilitate a brainstorming session...the possibilities are endless.

Technology Integration Matrix

The Technology Integration Matrix (TIM) illustrates how teachers can use technology to enhance learning for K-12 students. The matrix incorporates five interdependent characteristics of meaningful learning environments: active, constructive, goal directed, authentic, and collaborative with five levels of technology integration: entry, adoption, adaptation, infusion, and transformation. Use this matrix as a framework for integrating technology effectively.

Ms. Kuraszewicz's 10th Grade Project

"Call To Action" Project for 10th Grade Students

This was a Project Based Learning assignment in Ms. Kuraszewicz's 7th Period English 10R class. Students chose an issue they felt strongly about, researched the problem and were challenged to brainstorm and share solutions with classmates and the larger community. These students shared their research about Mistreated Women and Views of Women in Society.
